Sleeps 5 Dolwylan, Llangrannog is a 2 bedroom beamed fisherman’s cottage situated less than 200 metres from a safe sandy beach. It comprises of one double and one twin bedroom (with an additional pull-out bed). A cot and high chair are available on request. There is a large bathroom on the first floor with a shower over the bath.

Downstairs is open plan with a comfortable contemporary lounge with digital T.V., DVD player and coal effect cast iron fire. The kitchen-diner includes a dishwasher , fridge and microwave. There is full central heating throughout the cottage.

Adjacent to the property there is a utility room complete with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, chest freezer and barbecue. This is lockable and suitable for storing beach paraphernalia.
To the front of the cottage is a lawned area (overlooking a stream) with patio set and private parking for two cars.
Prices include electricity and all bed linen and towels are provided.
